England international attacker Raheem Sterling has scored in his last two games for Manchester City and he could make it three games on the bounce if he finds the back of the net when the holders take on out-of-form Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday evening.

Raheem Sterling scored his first hat-trick of this season to lead Manchester City to an emphatic 4-0 win at the home of relegation battlers Norwich City. The Canaries are in a battle to survive relegation alongside the likes of Watford, Newcastle United and Burnley. England midfielder Phil Foden scored the other goal during the big win recorded by City at the expense of Norwich City.

STERLING BENCHED FOR BIG CITY WIN

England international Raheem Sterling was on the Manchester City bench from start to finish as the Citizens moved four points clear at the Premier League summit thanks to the thumping win over Leeds United who were very poor during the league game played at the Etihad Stadium on Tuesday night.

Raheem Sterling was left on the bench as manager Pep Guardiola opted to rotate his squad ahead of the publishing December schedule. The England man came into the Leeds United game on the back of joining the century club in the Premier League. Sterling scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spotas Manchester City beat Wolves 1-0 at home in the league with the assistance of the controversial penalty awarded in the second half at the expense of ten-man  Wolves who had star striker Raul Jimenez sent off in the first half after two quick yellow cards. Raheem  Sterling was able to score his 100th Premier League goal from 12 yards to give his team the points at stake.

ARSENAL EYEING MOVE FOR 10-GOAL ATTACKER

North London giants Arsenal are reportedly interested in a move for Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling. This is according to the publication from The Sun which claimed that the Gunners want to sign Sterling who could leave the Etihad Stadium when the summer’s transfer window reopens in the coming weeks.

STERLING INFLUENCE REDUCED AT CITY

Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling will have to prove himself all over again to manager Pep Guardiola after his influence on the team reduced significantly this season. Raheem Sterling was previously one of the first names in the Manchester City starting XI but that’s no longer the case in recent months.

Raheem Sterling has been repeatedly left out of the big games by Spanish tactician Guardiola.  In the biggest games of the season against German Bundesliga opposition Borussia Dortmund, Sterling played for just two minutes over the two legs.

Sterling Guarantees a Move Abroad after Manchester City

Raheem Sterling plans on playing abroad at a certain point in his career. However, he roots for a country which has a language that is easy to learn and good weather. The winger from England is happy with his position at Manchester City after they won the FA Cup, League Cup, and the Premier League in this season. However, he is already looking for a future move. The twenty-four-year-old says that he always had a preference of testing himself in some other league and has a fascination of some place which is a little warmer than that of north-western England.

He says that when he looks at Manchester City now, he loves it. According to him, this is one of the best clubs across the world and he is in the team for the long haul. However, no one knows what is going to happen in the future. He says he is young and he loves every minute of his association with the club. He goes on to say that ever since he had been a kind, he has always dreamt of playing abroad. It is going to be nice to be done with the draining and then go home, sit in the garden, and have some dinner. He prefers a place with a temperature of 17-18 degree centigrade all the time.

The former star of Liverpool had been asked if he is going to rule out the move to Germany. However, it is some other issue which would keep him from making a shift to Bundesliga. This was the problem of language. He says that it sounds too difficult and Spanish on the other appears to be attractive to him. Moreover, he has accepted the fact that it is difficult to be good friends with teammates at City.
